We have as our goal to provide the best medical care to our clients and satisfy the enthusiastic population we serve.

AFAM's Primary Care division comprises of two Internal Medicine two Family Practice Physicians one Pediatrician, two competent Physician assistants and five Medical Assistants. This group takes much pride in providing efficient and in-depth care of our patient population.
We also have at our reception desk the warm welcoming faces of our five client associates whose duty and dedication to excellent performance has prompted them to treat our clients with dignity and respect and complete their tasks efficiently and responsibly.
Our staff is well screened and experiences an intensive training period in all aspects of our practice, to ensure their commitment to providing our clients with the quality care they deserve.
Over the past five years we invested in training programs for all staff members from the Providers to the Housekeeper. Leaders in the Customer Service Industry such as Franklin Covey, Sullivan/Luallin, and the American Medical Association have taught their Customer Service/Self Improvent programs to our staff.
We are now completely electronic and utilize EHR (Electronic Health Records) for our clients healthcare information. This transition from paper charts allows our providers to more effciently collaborate on the care of our clients since they are able to access the information recorded by each provider that would otherwise be stored in indvidual paper charts. This progression also provides our clients with the benefit and flexibility of being treated by any one of our qualified providers.
