Management of billing services, credentialing and supervision of Central Billing Office staff in an award winning multi-specialty medical practice in Brooklyn New York, Provision of data/reports to management, Communicating with and educating physicians regarding documentation, clarifications, and coding concerns.

Absolute Skills: Compulsive attention to details, Billing and Coding knowledge and experience, Reimbursement negotiation knowledge and experience, Administrative Writing Skills, Excellent Customer Service, Quality Management, People Management, Training Management, Delegation, Decision Making, Analysis of information, Ability for good performance under pressure, and sophistication in judgment.

Desired Skills: Good verbal Communication, Process Improvement, Organization, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, and Presentation of  Technical Information and Mentoring.

Absolute Qualifications: College degree, Minimum five years supervisory  experience in Medical billing and office management.

Desired Qualifications: Experience with Medical Manager Software, Certification or Fellowship with the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), Certification with Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management (PAHCOM).
